These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BrewSensai, a service operated by AXK Media B.V. ("we", "us", "BrewSensai"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BrewSensai.
BrewSensai is a coffee-brewing assistant app that uses artificial intelligence to help you scan coffee beans, generate brewing recipes, and track your brewing sessions. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BrewSensai. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use someone else's account.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to BrewSensai — including photos, brew notes, and other data. By submitting content, you confirm that:
When you photograph a coffee bag or upload an image, you confirm that you took the photo yourself or that the image is free to use (royalty-free, rights-cleared, or in the public domain). Do not upload images that belong to someone else without their permission.
By submitting content to BrewSensai, you grant AXK Media B.V. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell, license, or otherwise share your content with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Storing content with BrewSensai does not create any additional rights for you beyond what you already have as the owner. You may not claim that BrewSensai's storage constitutes endorsement, certification, or validation of your content.
BrewSensai uses AI to generate brewing recipes, grind recommendations, and extraction advice. Please read the following carefully:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AXK Media B.V. and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BrewSensai or its AI features — including but not limited to damaged equipment, wasted ingredients, or dissatisfaction with brewing results.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since BrewSensai is currently free, this limit is €0.
BrewSensai uses Google's Gemini API to power its AI features. When you use these features, your data is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for how Google processes your data beyond what we describe in our Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of BrewSensai at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from changes to or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of BrewSensai after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
